AsiaPac Capital Services Ltd.: Deutsche Börse symbol: 5AP (www.asiapaccapital.ca) advises shareholders that it’s designated sponsor, 886 AG requested that trading in AsiaPac’s stock be suspended on September 15th, 2011 after heavy trading forced the stock down to €0.001 per share. The brokerage firm also decided to withdraw as the sponsor for AsiaPac at that time.

The Company is currently looking to retain a new sponsor firm to replace 886 AG, and has four weeks from the date of 886 AG’s resignation to complete this task and resume trading.

Company president Samuel Lee noted that; “Although this is a regrettable development, shareholders should be advised that this has not affected the Company’s actual operations in any manner. The Company continues to conduct business as usual, and will continue to operate normally while it deals with these issues.”

June 9, 2011. AsiaPac Capital Services Ltd.: Deutsche Börse symbol: 5AP. (www .asiapaccapital.ca), advised today that there will be a delay of 2 – 3 months in the acquisition of a minority interest in a number of companies controlled by AsiaPac President Samuel Lee. The delay stems from the need to obtain regulatory approval for the acquisition of Travelers Insurance and Surety Corp. (Philippines) prior to finalizing the planned acquisition of a minority interest of 30%.

As previously announced on April 18th, 2011, there are a number of companies beneficially owned by Samuel Lee through a privately held holding company. The acquisition of a minority interest in these companies will be executed via an exchange of shares, and the final valuation will be announced in the near future, pending determination of the final valuation of Travelers.

The delay will affect the timing of the acquisition of the entire package of companies, as the share swap with the holding company will be executed on a consolidated basis.

June 13, 2010 – Toronto, Canada — Recently a number of unsubstantiated rumours have appeared in the German press which allege that various unspecified charges have been brought against the Company by securities regulators in Europe and Canada. Management advises that it has absolutely no knowledge of any charges being brought against it and further that it has not been contacted by any regulators concerning such charges. In addition, as AsiaPac is incorporated in Canada, management has retained Mr. Grant Sawiak of Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto as legal counsel to the Company in Canada. Given the legal nature of this matter, management invites shareholders to forward their queries concerning this matter to its Canadian legal counsel at: gsawiak@foglers.com .

Toronto, Canada – (For immediate release)

AsiaPac Capital Services Ltd.: Deutsche Börse symbol: 5AP. (www.asiapaccapital.ca), is pleased to announce sales results for its Rodeo Drive subsidiary for 2010.

Gross sales of Php 379 million were achieved, equating to roughly USD 8.7 million or €6.4 million. This is very dramatic increase versus Php 54 million achieved in 2009, and dwarfs initial projections of Php 80 million in sales for the period, based on a strong rebound in the export of electronics worldwide. Net income figures should be available within the next month, as the financial statements are currently being prepared.

Rodeo Drive is an import/export and logistics company catering to the semiconductor export market, more specifically semiconductor components and supplies. It is located in the Subic Bay Economic Zone, the former U.S. navy base in the northern Philippines. Its customer base includes Asahi technologies; Pentax Optical; Yazaki Mfg; Mizuho Packaging; and Zimitsu Semiconductor Co. amongst others.

Rodeo Drive is part of Greenworld Warehousing and Logistics, one of four subsidiaries that represents AsiaPac’s Logistics and Freight Forwarding division. Rodeo Drive was acquired in the first quarter of 2010.
